never mind, I skimmed thru her book

I bought the paperback, which is much less $ than the tapes, as an intro for me. She is not strongly anti-meds, though she seems to be more concerned about anti-anxiety meds than antidepressants. But it's not black and white all-meds-bad place she is coming from. So now I know that.
