How bizarre! I have had a similar dirty underwear dream!
I did tell my T about that one and he talked about it for what seemed like weeks!
I still haven't decided as to whether tell him about this one though. It is just too obscene I think, so I'm leaning toward no. But I know there are some things in the dream that I need to talk about. Editing may be the way to go.

I go on wednesday and will let you guys know what I decide to do.
