I don't think so.. He gave me his license number, and vehicle number, address, home phone number, and I reported the incidence to my insurance anyway (I was being cautious and didn't want to blamed for hit and run later on). He didn't object me to reporting to my insurance. And besides, the accident was my fault and I accepted it on the spot itself, so he doesn't have to do anything with his insurance.
