Hrm. I would take anything as their humble opinion. Even experts disagree. I won't burden you with all the dx I've had over the years...

Why do you want / need an official dx?
What would it mean to you / how would it benefit / harm you and your perception of yourself if you did / did not have what they say you have?

My suspicion...

Is that in general dx does more harm than good.
