theraputic relationship, transference, etc.

It is all there! This has to be the best thing I have read that explains how the theraputic realtionship evolves. Plus how the therapist has to control their personal feelings and they all have them. It is what they do with them that is important.
I am amazed on how much a therapist has to do. There is so much to it. I think I understand boundries now, and why they need to be.
It is also interesting that T's have to constantly think about us and how to help us, but yet keep their needs out of the room. It must be hard to be a T because their clients are the one who gets all the attention. So it makes sense why they need to lead rich lives, because they are not getting the personal interaction that THEY need on their job. I just keep reading this article over and over and still see something that I have missed!
