I think the intense dependancy, and the anxiety at the separation and Good bye is really about my dad. I think I just wrongly shifted it to my ex T.
That is why I feel life is so meaningless now. I can't really even find any meaning to life now. (not suicidal, but just no desire to live well).
And life seems pretty empty even though things are going fine with my husband etc.
I think it reminds me that I cannot hold on to my father for a long time and I have to be on my own in my life, and that is why it seems so meaningless and empty.
