Yeah, this is what she and I were looking for in therapy, just over the summer. She starts high school in the fall, and will have a really tough load - all honors classes, so she needs coping mechanisms! She has a great group of friends, but also needs to learn not to let them walk on her. I think the CBT will be good IF the therapist is good. I sure hope she is. We'll give her a few sessions and see. If not, we'll move on.Jazzed
