falling down tired after session...

Posted by B2chica on April 26, 2005, at 9:50:48

last friday i had a little 'incident' happen in my T's office. i normally can't make a lot of eye contact and it was especially hard friday. anyway, i looked up for a moment, right into his eyes and this incredible feeling filled my body-fuzzy and tingly), such fear and pain (heartache) like, well like an unbearable pain. i gasped and i had to ask him at that moment if he was ok-emotionally, he said yes. but everything became real blurry and fuzzy i could still move my fingers and tried to keep them going so i wouldn't disappear like i do sometimes. our session soon ended, i told him i was fine and left. and i got into the stairwell and was SO exhausted i couldn't move, like i was going to fall asleep RIGHT THERE. i sat on the stairs. well, just my luck my T was leaving for the day and took the stupid stairs. i didn't want anyone to see me like that. he did. he was nice and concerned, he ended up walking me to my car...

i guess i'm saying this partly to express what happened but also to ask if anyone has experienced this type of extreme exhaustion. mostly i am very tired after session but this was different. i couldn't even hold myself up.
