I'm sorry for your tears. I think Babble lets us see in a profound way that we all struggle with the same things, that there is a tremendous amount of hurt in the world and not enough "inter-dependency." It speaks to your sensitive soul that the suffering touches you.
Sometimes I find when I go back and reread what I've written that I get annoyed with myself, instead of tearful. Sometimes I laugh, often I'm triggered with such a strong identification that I have to stop reading. There are people here who articulate things that i can't yet, but I find I can't respond because of the emotionality of it for me.
I hope you find something more soothing to do today and come back when you can. I enjoy your posts.
