I think dissociating and my forgetting sleeps are definitely related in some way.

It would be hard to get an EEG done in that state, since they are spontaneous. I had a sleep study done last year, but as I told the neurologist, unless he has me have a distressing incident shortly beforehand, it really wouldn't show anything about the forgetting sleeps.

I really really wanted to do neurological biofeedback so that I could do some personal experiments while hooked up to an EEG. But the biofeedback guy I saw is the only one in town, and I couldn't convince him that brain waves would be a useful addition to my biofeedback protocol.
