> Hi there. I have had SA since I was little, and have tried lots of things. Klonopin helps, and so does Provigil. You may want to try Provigil. The biggest thing of all that helped me was cognitive behavioral therapy. I very highly recommend "Feeling Good" by Dr. David Burns. It's best to get the cognitive behavioral therapy with a therapist who specializes in it, and you can use the book alongside your therapy. CBT was a huge turning point in my battle against social anxiety.

hi kristel can you tell me how many sessions of CBT you have taken?? in which session did you start to feel a change??

Thank you
