dawnfawn,

I'm a big believer in once that your anxiety and possibly depression are addressed, your hypochondria will disappear. I don't think you need to go into therapy with the goal of addressing your hypochondria, but rather your anxiety. Hypochondria is only a symptom of your anxiety.
