Do you ever make lists?
I'm a big list-maker at work (Franklin Planner style!) For me, it helps to take about 1/2 hour to really understand all my tasks and "to-dos" and list them all out. It organizes my mind.
Then I can attack them in order and cross them off when done. This helps for work AND just busy days with lots of errands and random stuff that needs to get done.
And it feels really good to cross things off the list!
Sometimes it helps me to run through a couple of simple, short tasks first b/c I feel like I've accomplished a lot. Then I feel better about starting the big stuff.
Also, for me: A clean house / clean desk helps clear my mind so I can concentrate on other things. Sometimes I'll take the time to fully clean & organize my desk top, and then my tasks flow a lot better.
Not sure if that helps. But good luck to you on getting it all done! You will!
