Avoidance and Impulsiveness

I have tons and tons of work to do here, just had a new desk arrive, gotta set it up, can't sit on my couch 'cause it's full of paperwork I dumped there two weeks ago. I don't wanna do any of it, but also fighting this gigantic URGE to GET OUT THERE AND OUT OF HERE. Aaaah, get me outta here thank god my kids get out of school soon and I have a full night booked out. Aaaahhh.
