Sabrina and Susan,

I really appreciate your support. It's good to know I'm not the only one dealing with frustration. Like I said, I just feel so undone by it sometimes. I feel embarrassed by the temper tantrums I pull when I'm challenged by a mechanical or technical problem I can't understand. I'm not stupid, but I sure feel that way at times.

It's funny I don't think I've ever really known how to deal with frustration. It's just something I need to learn. Most of the time, I'm not out of control when I'm frustrated, but nonetheless, I just don't have many skills on how to deal with it. I don't know what to do with it.

Sabrina, thanks for you babble mail. Speaking of technical frustration I was having some of it setting up my babble mail. I think I've mastered it now.
