Rubenstein, it’s strange, I also felt very guilty about reading, and it’s taken me almost a year to confess to my secret. You are so lucky yours tolerates it. My T is careful to say only that it’s not helpful, not that I can’t, but she also said my SI was not helpful. So I take it that “not helpful” in her vocabulary means “bad”.
