Therapy and gifts

So it's my one year anniversary with Bean (my T) next Thursday. Exactly one year on July 1. I really want to mark it somehow. I have no idea how.
I know that gifts are way beyond his boundaries, and if I write him a nice card I know it will just end up in my file and I can't take that.
Is there anything I can do????
