Ah, so it's not going sockless per se that is the issue, it is your therapist's particular sockless ankles, eh? Yes, some people have attractive ankles and some don't.
I can relate to having issues with a T's appearance. Not that I need to have beautiful Ts or anything, but my intermediate T had a very unattractive smile, which I think really distracted me. It made her smiles seem somehow threatening, or to be avoided. Which gets confusing in therapy. As much as I want to think that appearance doesn't prejudice me, it was an uncomfortable thing for me at first.
Jeepers, I hope she doesn't read this! She was a really nice person, and her smile was *not* the reason that I stopped working with her.
