I'm so proud of you. It sounds tremendously difficult, what you are doing. I can see how it would feel like a runaway train and that you are a helpless passenger. But you're not. And you are not alone on that train.I'm glad you did some research. It must be comforting to know that you are on the right track, however painful it might be.
Think of all of us as being just in the next car on the train if it helps. Your little girl can play with my inner child when she needs a break. :)
