Well, I'm doing a resource/solutions-oriented systems therapy. There's practically no reflective listening. Let me know if you'd like more info on that. Of course, I'm miffed at the face-to-face shrink (it's in a training institute and she has a "reflecting team" that observes the sessions, plus it's on video) right now, as well as at the institute for some paperwork baloney, but I've had great results with the approach.
