"Hello, Dinah. How are you feeling today? Yes, it was a relaxing session, and I think that you did what you needed to do for you - that is always a good thing. I'm glad that it helped you feel more peaceful. Ah, yes, life does go on, doesn't it? And an hour of peace within the storm doesn't make the storm go away, does it? Can you take a piece of the peace with you and sprinkle it on your stress like Jimmies on ice cream? Then you can have a little bit every minute to remember that there is calmness and that I will be here with you in your forever therapy. You certainly do have an awful lot to do at work these days. But you have been keeping up with it and working steadily over these past months. Give yourself credit for that. It will probably slow down pretty soon - how long can a busy period last?? So you just need to get from here to there. Take it 1 hour at a time. Make small goals for yourself. And eat those Jimmies when you need them. You do have that relaxation tape that I made. You could listen to that when you take a break from your work. Or just keep it in your pocketbook so you can touch it when you feel overwhelmed. But, remember, I'm here. And if you need me you can call me. OK?"
