I'm sorry you are having such difficulty. I agree with other posters that hospitalization seems best. Hospital stays are never for long term solutions, but they are very helpful. It is a safe place for you to get some extra support, and perhaps to have your medications adjusted. Your regular doctor may not be fully qualified to treat your problems. Psychiatrists have much more specialized knowlege about mental disorders and treatment.

Is there a Psych. Emergency Services in your area? Where I live, that is another way to get to the hospital. It is like a mobile crisis unit designed to help those in need.

Please focus on your own wellbeing and try not to worry about the details. I worry about you trying to tough this out over the weekend. Going to the hospital may just give you the extra support right now to turn things around.
