There are programs to help at the hospital if you can't afford to pay. I don't know exactly how they work, but I know they are there. Go to the hospital and check yourself in. I've been in the hospital before and I promise it isn't that bad.

I'm not exactly sure how they release people, but I checked in voluntarily so I wanted to leave the next day. But, I'm pretty certain they will keep you until your suicidal thoughts are gone and until you are ready to go. Please go. And don't worry about the money.

I'm thinking about you. Pack a bag with what you have. But don't worry about shampoo or anything like that. Just bring clothes. And some books, something to occupy your time. If you don't have clothes, they usually have scrubs...
