This probably isn't much help, but, I had those same symptoms when I *started* Wellbutrin. Anger, crabbiness, anxiety, stuff I rarely feel.
And the only reason I mention that is when I went *off* Paxil, and I did wean myself, I experienced many of the same side effects I had had when I first started the drug....
So it's possible the withdrawal is making you experience similar SE's to when you started...?
