i don't aim that at him...it happens once or maybe twice a week, no telling what will set it off, could be any little thing
i scream, throw things, pace, yell, punch the wall, bang head agnst the wall
this is new stuff, going on for abt 3 weeks now
no new meds, no new stressors...mind you I have lots of stressors but, that been going for over 2 yrs now
it's not unexpressed anger coming out, I never been one of those women who's had trouble expressing anger
Rick if a punch hole in the wall or something gets damaged I'm out of here
doubt he can legally do that since both are names are on the lease
but thats really not the point
I guess the point how long can someone live with a depressed person
He told me every time I leave he wonders if I'll "let myself" get in a car accident, every time I go for a walk by the river he wonders if I'll drown myself, wonders when the next over dose will be
i'm selfish...look what i've put him through
