it is like yoga...
most of the poses... hitting them safely (sustainably) comfortably... Using muscles and not inappropriately stretching or stressing ligaments or joints or slamming bones....you need certain things to be working really at a high level. Muscles contracting. Then certain other muscles can relax... Because things are supported.
And you work and you work and you work to develop strength... And then length (which means loss of strength). And then to develop strenth at the new length. And then to lengthen. And then to develop strength at the new length. And then to lengthen...
And eventually to develop strength in the core... To allow relaxation in teh periphery... For weird poses...
That require phenomenal strength in the core.
