Hi there,
maybe it's by chance or through the will of God I don't know. I'm freedom2001 and I just read your post.
I just had a major OCD relapse again after numerous unfortunate life stresses in 2011/2012 and am now on 80mg Prozac and 0.5mg clonazepam. The clonazepam is an important augmentation agent in addition to Prozac. Anything less than 80mg prozac and 0.5mg clonazepam possibly won't work well.
Magnesium oxide is recommended and I read that folic acid is not recommended (nor is inositol for some people). Iron seems to aggravate OCD for certain people.
The other forms of vitamin B complex (besides folic acid) usually needs maybe at least 10-50mg to help. Vitamin C 500mg is a major stress buster and helps too.
And don't forget omega 3 fish oil (maybe at least 3000mg-4000mg in initial dosage) - 3-4 pills.
Spread these out maybe 1-2 hrs apart to avoid them clashing with each other, in my opinion, especially calcium and omega 3 fish oil.

> 7.5mg Valium at night
> 5mg Nozinan (an antipsychotic belonging to the phenothiazines - concretely methotrimeprazine or levomepromazine depending on the country).

> Vitamin C 2000mg
> Inositol 18mg
> Magnesium (wondering which form/composition is best since certain forms aggravate OCD)
> B6 (wondering how much and when to take and if it is necessary to take with other B vitamins)
> Niacinamide (also wondering when to take and in combination with what)
> Calcium
> Vitamin D
>
> So, to sum things up I guess what I really need to know is the dosages of all these supplements I want to take and the time I need to take them and which ones I should take together as well as which ones I should separate, since I know certain combinations are good for improving absorption while others completely prevent the absorption of another. Also I wanted to know what Magnesium and calcium form is the best since magnesium gluconate, taurate, aspartate seem make OCD worse. And since some forms of calcium are better absorbed than others.
