That's great the yogurt is helping..hopefully it continues to help. Yeah you absorb calcium better through yogurt than milk.
Bikram is heated yoga. I love it. You should at least try it for a week just to experience it. It's a strange experience at first, especially with the breathing exercise in the beginning. Then after a week or so and you leave feeling amazing, you realized that it is worth doing all of those unconventional things.
