Hi! I've always been a victim of big weight losses and can certainly understand your concern.
How about some healthy yoghurt at work? Get the kind that isn't lowfat. Three or four containers of that during the day will help your feel better.
Try eating two Clif bars a day. Little frequently snacks. (I love Clif bars..they just went from 99 cents to 1.19. :-( )I bet there are even little bars that help with weight gain. Clif bars do have a lot of sugar, so be careful with a sugar spike.
