That's a funny looking title for a post :-)
The doctor who advised me that I have a hiatal hernia practices Applied Kinesiology. I don't think it has any medical endorsements that I'm aware of, but since it's helped me feel better, I will take that as a sign that it works for me!

The quick fix for me has been to make sure I don't go to bed for 2 hours after I've last eaten. It's got the added benefit that I don't do late night snacking anymore...
