I made a few simple dietary changes - timing, mostly, so I am not going to get with a stomach full of dinner. I'm waiting 2 hours after I eat before I climb into bed. So far I am feeling much better.
Lots of parts of me are feeling much better lately. Migraines gone for the moment, too. Still confused a bit sometimes, but I've been making notes and keeping my calendar up to date. It helps a lot.
Huh.
I read up more on the subject of hiatal hernia and see that it's considered the "great mimic"; the symptoms are all over the map and it's been mistaken for other conditions... like anxiety.
Huh.
I guess that's why all the medications my p-doc has tried me on haven't worked besides xanax. I mean, who doesn't feel better on xanax??? LOL.

Another piece of my puzzle dropping into place.
