Now I have cramps. Bleah. I just want to lie down and cry, but I am at work. They are not the absolute worst killer cramps, but I am definitely in pain, and sitting at this desk isn't helping.

And workmen are drilling holes through the wall.

So how much ibuprofen is too much? I took 3 pills (600 milligrams) about three hours ago, when my period first started. The cramps are still sneaking through, so I just took 2 more pills (400 mg). I haven't even given those a chance to work yet, I guess I should be patient. I will wait 15 minutes and then I will take another.

How much would be too much in one day?

(I used to take Aleve, which was quite effective, but then there were some stories that it may not be so great, and I admit I was taking a bit more than the suggested dose.)

I could takeThe Pill for cramps but don't really need the pill at this time and I don't want to add another med.

I just want to lie down. For some reason, I think I would feel better if I could put a big huge dictionary on my lower back too.

Screw it, I'm taking one more pill. So that would be 1,200 in about four hours' time.

That's not the end of the world, right?

Or should I just go home? But I probably have to do that one work thing.
