I have half promised myself to get the colonoscopy, although it seems very creepy and invasive to me. Enough so that I've refused it pointblank up till now.

I doubt they'll find anything though. It gets worse when I'm under stress and some medications make a difference.

I might try non-pharmaceutical fiber. Maybe the real thing won't cause the pain the fake stuff causes. Although I don't know. I usually regret eating my veggies.
