Magnesium is great for PMS. I don't really get PMS now I have started supplementing with a multivitamin/mineral designed to help with 'the cycle'. It really works! Although I think that you have to wait 2-4weeks but it has really made a difference. Also, you need other vitamins and minerals for the magnesium to work properly so I would recommend a good quality multivit/mineral.
