I developed that rash while on Wellbutrin. It was benign but I did not enjoy being bumpy. A lowered dose made the bumps go away but not as quickly as the benefits I derived from the WB, So I went back to the working dosage, and purchased an outrageously expensive body lotion with 12% AHA. it's from Peter Thomas Roth, i bought it at Sephora. A little goes a long way and it keeps the bumps much reduced,
Oh, and after I had to discontinue Wellbutrin (my entire regime just *stopped* working, the rash disappeared.
