skin red spots

Psychologically speaking, I've been doing quite well, thankfully. I don't post here that often anymore because life has been okay and I've been pretty stable.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had a skin reaction to their psychotropic meds (beyond the dreaded Lamictal rash). I've developed pinpoint red dots on my torso and they seem to be multiplying. I think they're called "petechiae". Could it be the meds? I'm on Depakote and Wellbutrin.
