iforgotmypassword,
You mentioned in your previous post that you thought you had the symptoms of pyroluria. I Googled "pyroluria testing" (without the quotes) and found a site (http://www.pyroluriatesting.com/) where you can order a test for $48 (U.S. currency). Even more information on the test is available at http://www.kryptopyrrole.com/ . The test results must be sent to a medical practitioner, which sounds like it would be a problem in your case (at least based on your statement, "no doctor is willing to help me").
But...
If you're not currently taking any medications that might interact with megadoses of vitamins or minerals, you might want to consider trying out the supplements recommended for the treatment of pyroluria. The late Dr. Carl C. Pfeiffer (1987) recommended taking enough vitamin B6 each morning for nightly dream recall (he did not give a recommended dose, but he made it clear that you should not exceed 2,000 mg!), zinc (30mg in both the morning and evening), and manganese (10mg in both the morning and evening). A research article (Heleniak et al., 1986) suggested that pyroluric patients would also benefit from taking evening primrose oil supplements (unfortunately, a dose was not provided). Vitamin B6, zinc, manganese, and evening primrose oil should be available at any health-food store, and many health-food stores have alternative-medicine practitioners on staff who should be able to tell you what the optimal and safe dose ranges are for the supplements they sell. As long as you're taking "safe" amounts of vitamin B6, zinc, manganese, and evening primrose oil, I don't see what the harm would be in just bypassing the pyroluria test and trying out the supplements to see if they might work.
And of course, it would be ideal to research as much as you can on pyroluria. Here is one site that might be useful:

> i can't do anything. no doctor is very willing to help me. i have no depresion. i just can't do anything. i feel completely paralysed. any task in impossible to do. i have episodes of stupid energy where i just get full of stupidity can't make any sense, can't be used for anything, and by the time that there over nothing is accomplished. this is nothing like hypomania and doesn't last for days or weeks.
