hi amd,
how long ago did you quit cocaine? I don't know much about it, but I assume that snorting *anything* up your nose for an extended amount of time might weaken or damage the nasal tissues over time. And if they're irritated or inflamed, a "normal" allergic rxn or cold or dry weather could cause a nosebleed, possibly.Allergies can do that, too. Many people with allergies suffer nose-bleeds when the weather turns, or when there's a lot of pollen in the air, or if they just scratch the inside of their nose trying to get rid of a dry snot (sorry if that's too much info!)
Do you have allergies? A cold lately, at all? Flu? Anything that could have irritated your nasal passages could have made you more likely to have a nose-bleed.
It's probably unrelated to the bump on your head, though.
If you have more nose-bleeds, you might want to consider seeing a doctor, but if it's a one-time only thing, I wouldn't worry. :)
take care!
