Bumping head and nose bleeds

Folks,
Earlier this week I bumped my head at the gym, resulting in a rather large welt on the top of my head. I didn't lose consciousness or see stars: it just hurt.
Today, however, I had a small nose bleed. Not major, but when I blew my nose some blood came out. Now I'm worried this is from the bump on my head, and that there may be serious damage. Would this be something that would happen days after the head incident, and if, is it something to worry about?
Also, if it's not the concussion, could it be from the cocaine and perhaps the sudden very cold weather? I think the proximity of the two events -- the head bump and nose bleed -- is causing me excessive worry, but I want to make sure that worry isn't justified.
