Hi K,
Is your current dose 60mg three times a day?
It might be better to take 40-50mg four times a day - every 6 hours. Controlled release meds *often* don't last as long as they're supposed to. OxyContin is *supposed* to last 12 hours.
I really hope the nerve block is successful.
