:-) maybe I tie my shoes too tight. Thats possible
new shoes not large enough in toebox area? These can also cause blood circulation problems in your toes. Or if you have Reynaud's (where your toes and fingers turn blue easily in the cold) this is a benign condition that's helped by some lifestyle changes.

>caffeine maybe...
> Those are the non-nerve stuff I thought of. I used to have a lot of problems with my little piggies when I lived in England, caused by damp weather, excessive perspiration, and high alcohol intake. I developed chillblains which do *not* make your toes numb, but red, itchy, sore and swollen. No sandals for ClearSkies!!

that sounds awful, your poor toes
well, one of my little piglets lol sometimes seizes, it feels like pins and needles and wont move but it isnt pins and needles. And a lot of the time jogging, it is possible that my shoes are the problem or even other pairs of shoes and they are causing damage. One of my favorite boots is a tiny bit too small so when I move around in them for extended time they really hurt. Thanks!
