oh boy, I love to exercise. And wind up hurting like hell or going thru angina-like pain or other good stuff. Still I do it. Especially swim. But I'm going for cataract surgery and have been told "no swimming" I plan to get a good pair of goggles and keep my head above water and avoid pools.
Frankly I am scared poopless about this procedure but I know I've got to do it. I'm typing this to avoid going to bed. Wish they'd do it right now and I could get over my head games. But the weird thing is that I'm not de-pressed. Just plain scared sure beats doom. Cockeyed.
