Get thee to a doctor. Do you have an appointment? You're symptoms sound like Graves' or hyperthyroidism, but also sometimes like Hashimoto's or hypothyroidism! You may find this article interesting. (I did when I was chasing down my illness last year.)

You might also want to check out this checklist:

But most important, get to a doctor (with the lump on your neck, preferably an endocrinologist who specializes in thyroid disorders) ASAP!

I don't want to unnecessarily alarm you -- nor discourage your posts, as we care about you -- but you've reached the limits on how much this board can help you. Don't panic, but insist that you get in to see a doctor. If you have to keep going back to the ER to get someone to take you seriously, do so. Do especially go to the ER if you get a very irregular heartbeat and a very high fever (like 104 or higher).
