> for at least six months, my normal heart rate has been around 100bpm, which is considered fast. my blood pressure, on the other hand, has been around 80/50 whereas normal is 120/60. since i've started exercising and being more active, i've noticed that my pulse has been dropping. i've also changed up my adderall routine so that i take a dose of extended release in the morning and another early in the afternoon. i couldn't feel them working anymore, so i've been taking them on an empty stomach and waiting an hour before eating. now they work better, but my appetite is also very suppressed so that i haven't been eating well while still exercising, and i've lost about three pounds in a week.

You might want to mention this to your doctor next time you're in, but I bet you'll be met with a smile and reassurances.
