Have you tried the frozen section of a health food store or a Trader Joe's? Read the ingredients on brands such as Amy's. You will pay more, but will at least avoid preservatives, bioengineered crops, and unpronounceable ingredients.

Marie Callendar's, Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine, and Swanson's etc etc are not like the T.V. dinners we used to know, but now they are made full of meat and hearty servings. My question is that I eat these night in and night out and have for several years, because its just to damn convienient, however aren't these full of preservatives or other added ingredients I have heard???????
