Sorry to chime in so late, I don't check this board very often. I went through a period a couple of years ago year where I couldn't eat anything without becoming nauseous and extremely uncomfortable Now, pardon me if these are "duh" suggestions. I found really good digestive enzymes extremely helpful, the ones that contain more than just papaya, (although those one's are tasty!) usually they contain bromelain, amylase and lipase. Also peppermint capsules, *not tea* tea can make things worse by causing acid reflux, while with the capsules, the peppermint is released slowly and reduces inflammation, bloating, nausea gas significantly, if you can find some which have fennel as well, even better. These were sometimes the only way I was able to get motivated to do anything! My roomate who had to refeed ate babyfood. She found it a bit expensive and humbling but it worked. I've never had to refeed, but I would guess that avacado would be a good bet, it's easy to digest and high in calories. Oh and if you have to lie down, lie on your left hand side for a bit, it was recommended to me, and I'm not sure why it works, but it does.
