I'm having a hell of a time eating right now, and -- unfortunately -- telling me to eat ginger or anything else isn't likely to be all that helpful. But suggestions about things that are less likely to make me nauseous, or if you've ever been through refeeding after an ED or for any other reason, and you remember how long this phase lasted, please pipe up and let me know. Right now, half a pear is enough to send me to lie down for an hour or so.
