Honestly -- yeah, it can be a sign of any number of Bad Things, but it's also the 'normal' state for a fair number of people. Hydration, nutrition, etc, are all important, and exercise can help, but so can being careful about standing up. Many medications can cause it, including a whole slew of antidepressants.
I say that as someone who has suffered from both orthostatic hypotension and idiopathic hypotension -- when I am under stress, or stand up for too long, I'll fall down. And, needless to say, I stand up slowly. My blood pressure tends to be on the low side anyway, and it can fall pretty dramatically.
Stay hydrated, eat healthy meals regularly, and exercise. In other words, just do all the things you're supposed to do anyway for good health. They'll all help with this.
If your doctors aren't terribly concerned, then you needn't be, either.
