Has anyone here tried bellydance? I have been practicing yoga which is a huge help in getting my torpid body moving.
I used to take bellydance lessons in a lifetime ago before depression and anxiety took over my body! I remember it as a very empowering form of exercise. It helped me strengthen the connection between mind and body. Plus I lost a bunch of poundage and toned up nicely.
Any dancers out there?
