I am on the Atkins diet and trying to loose weight. I work out everyday for about 3/4th of an hour. I am loosing size but really it takes such devotion to loose the weight. I have lost 7 lbs. since I started but I guess that's where I am because I haven't lost anymore. I want to be down to 150lbs. I would love to hit the 150's.
Every year I gain about 10 pounds.EVERY YEAR!
So I would like to go down in weight with all this giving up and concentration.
I love food and energy...so I feed both.
I get REAL hungry....
So I am working at the same goal too.I wish us both a lot of luck and I encourage us all in continuing the struggle of the bulge.
